Campus Recruitment: KOEL believes in 'growth from within' to meet its requirements of human resources and build a pool of talent resources. We recruit Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET) and Management Trainees (MT) from premier engineering institutes and management schools across India. The selection process is objective and purely based on academic merit. Following the preliminary assessment, the shortlisted candidates are put through rigorous processes and only students who come out with flying colours are selected as GETs. The trainees then undergo an extensive training programme for one year where they are exposed to training in various soft skills, engineering skills and management skills, besides being rotated in all functional areas to gain maximum exposure.
Lateral Recruitment: KOEL recruits experienced professionals to ensure an influx of fresh blood and ideas into the organisation, who in turn contribute to building a vibrant and progressive environment. A strategic, proactive and professional approach enables the organisation to attract and induct the best minds in the industry. B.Sc Trainee: We recruit, train and develop bright science graduates for our manufacturing operations at our newly inducted state-of-the-art plant at Kagal near Kolhapur. The new trainees are imparted specialised technical and behavioural training at our school in Gurukul.
