Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

To provide a proactive and quick service response, we have a fully-integrated CRM system to promptly respond to the customer's service calls and provide extensive support. This includes operational, maintenance and repair contract. We also have support systems such as Mean Time to Restore, Engine Down Order and First pick availability to ensure maximum uptime of our generating sets.

Our service team provides complete solutions from on site assistance and comprehensive support right from installation to extensive in-house training and servicing, customised annual maintenance contract, easy availability of spare parts, product training, reconditioning and warranty administration.
